Design and deliver commercial full-stack software that automates operational workflows, connects business systems, and gives staff clearer access to reliable data.

  • •Re-architected a company-wide email management system as an in-house Python, Flask, React, and Docker platform for hundreds of daily enquiries, reducing processing from up to 15 minutes to under one second per email and establishing a 95% routing-accuracy baseline.
  • •Integrated Microsoft Graph, SpamAssassin, GeoNames, Sage, Breathe HR, Simple In/Out, and SQL data to classify enquiries and distribute work according to territory, product knowledge, staff availability, contracted hours, workload, and priority.
  • •Developed a React and Vite management dashboard with Leaflet mapping, real-time monitoring, confidence ratings, and automatic/manual controls so operators can review decisions and tune routing safely.
  • •Built a secure AI-assisted order tracker for heaps.co.uk using the OpenAI API and a custom WordPress plugin, with account verification and access controls that restrict customers to their own order data.
  • •Designed and developed a custom database-backed eQMS for tracking tool and instrument calibration, staff training progress, and customer or supplier non-conformances through to resolution.
  • •Created a product-code coding manual that decomposes internal and supplier codes into meaningful components, then integrated it with the email system to improve product detection and routing.

  • ▸Built a background inventory-replenishment service that analyses stock levels and purchase history, producing a prioritised table of products that require upcoming or overdue purchasing action.
